Come along to our new weekly hour long 'drop-in' session where pregnant mums can meet and enjoy a calming, deep relaxation experience using focused visualisation, positive affirmations and gentle deep breathing methods which are the foundation of Natal Hypnotherapy. There will also be a chance to chat about any relevant questions you may have about your pregnancy.

You can drop-in to any session or book five sessions in advance to use any time within an eight week period.

Hearing live music is incredibly powerful for babies and young children and Phelia Sopranos Baby and Child Concerts are the perfect introduction for your baby or pre-school child to live performance and classical music.

Phelia Sopranos are Laurenne and Sally, two local mums who have babies under 12 months old and know how captivating and mesmerising live music can be for children. The concerts are very relaxed with space for babies and children to lie or sit down and parents are amazed at how engaged and attentive even very young children can be when listing to live music.

If you were inspired to try Beach Volleyball during the London Olympics last year then good news! St Albans invites you to give it a go for free on the brand new Beach Volleyball Courts. The sand has come directly from Horse Guards Parade Olympic venue and the courts are funded by Sport England. There will be plenty of other free sports and activities for you to join in with too.
