Trying to work out when you have a busy lifestyle is a task in itself, finding time to exercise is hard for most of us, but with a young child it can seem almost impossible. This is where the RedAlert PT personal 1:1 studio comes in, you can exercise with your child. Whether they are asleep in the car seat/buggy, playing or having a cuddle, we always work around your little one to ensure you get a work out whilst they are there with you.
Allie is certified in many different disciplines and whatever your fancy, we find a way to work out that keeps you motivated and interested from week to week. Be it boxing, kettle bells, TRX, outdoor exercise with the buggy on sunny days, we can accommodate it all.
