CrossFit Kids sessions bring fitness and fun together! Kids love these positive, energetic classes, which are carefully planned to develop skills, as well as building stamina, strength, flexibility, agility, balance and speed. CrossFit Kids teaches CrossFit to children aged 3 to 18 years old, with the emphasis on fun! Expect a wide variety of activities starting with a warm-up to get the body moving, followed by carefully designed activities that make exercise enjoyable: from obstacle courses to team games. Every week your child will get their body moving, improve fitness, become stronger and grow in confidence.
CrossFit Kids classes are divided into three age-specific groups:
CrossFit Tykes (30 minutes class) – 3 to 6 years old
CrossFit Rascals (45 minutes class) – 7 to 12 years old
CrossFit Avengers (50 minutes class) – 13 to 17 years old
