There’s a chill in the air and the misty mornings mean that Autumn has arrived. The annual practising of the old favourite “cauliflowers are fluffy,” has begun in our house ready for Harvest assemblies and the small one has gone absolutely bonkers for conkers this year!
If you’re looking for the perfect pumpkin patch to visit then take a look at my guide to finding The Perfect Pumpkin Patch in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex. I grew up next to orchards, so I can’t resist a local Apple Day and Harvest celebration at this time of year. Here’s my selection of Apple Days in Hertfordshire, where you can enjoy some fresh air, find out more about your local orchards and discover some new favourite apple varieties of your own.
