This year’s Easter Eggstravaganza at Willows Activity Farm runs from Saturday 30th March to Monday 22nd April 2019. The annual FREE Easter Egg Hunt in Hertford Town Centre is back this Easter from Saturday 30th March to Saturday 27th April 2019. Knitted bunnies will be hiding in shops and other locations around the town centre in one trail and on the second trail chicks and eggs will be hidden in a range of local shops. To take part, visit Hertford Town and Tourist Information Centre on The Wash, opposite the Hertford Theatre and pick up a trail map. Children will need to locate the knitted animals created by members of the Secret Society of Hertford Crafters in a minimum of 12 of the 20 businesses taking part around the town. Hop along to Burston Garden Centre for lots of Easter Holiday Fun. Every day from Saturday 6th until Monday 22nd April 2019 (closed Easter Sunday 21st April 2019), you can take part in the FREE Easter Bunny Trail around the garden centre; simply pick up a trail sheet, find the hidden bunnies and you’ll receive a chocolate treat. Visit Wrest Park from Saturday 6th to Monday 22nd April 2019, 11am-5pm, for the Easter Adventure Quest. Join in the hunt for legendary dragon eggs. Crack the clues as you and your family follow the trail through the gardens. Intrepid adventurers who track down a dragon egg will get a certificate and a sticker to prove it and there’ll be a chocolate treat too!
