Have you seen the Cambridge Diet in the news and on the tele recently? The Cambridge Weight Plan has appeared on “This Time Next Year” on ITV as well as “How To Lose Weight Well” on Channel 4. Also, in 2017, a study by Newcastle and Glasgow Universities showed that it is possible to put Type 2 diabetes into remission using an intensive low calorie formula based weight management programme.
Maybe it’s just me and I’ve noticed the Cambridge Weight Plan more because I’ve actually been following the plan…

My Cambridge Diet Experience
I started the Cambridge Diet earlier this year and with the help of my Cambridge Diet Consultant, Emma Jenkins and a certain amount of willpower, I’ve already lost one stone. I find that the Cambridge Diet fits easily into busy family life and it’s helped me to achieve results. I’m following Step 2, so I have three Cambridge Weight Plan products a day, with a small low calorie meal for dinner and lots of water.
So far, my favourite products are the Cambridge Weight Plan Bars, as they’re really easy to just pop into my bag and eat on the go. The bars are brilliant for me because there’s no preparation, no weighing or measuring and they taste great – so it’s easy to stick to the plan. The Strawberry & Apple Yoghurt Bars are delicious for breakfast and I really like the Mint Crunch Bar with a cup of coffee.
What is the Cambridge Diet?
The Cambridge Weight Plan is a 6 step diet programme which includes shakes, soups and bars. There are over 40 products to choose from and you’re supported by your Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant, who you see on a regular basis for one-to-one weigh-ins.
Whether you want to work towards a healthier weight or BMI, or you want to lose weight for a holiday, a special event, or whatever the reason, if you’re ready to start your weight loss journey then contact Emma.
